Closely guided pair engineering. I plan, build and review at every step — Claude as an extremely fast tool, me as the responsible engineer.
Clearly scoped tasks run in controlled loops: plan → implement → test → review. I define the task and the guardrails, the loop does the legwork.
Several specialised agents work coordinated and largely autonomously on large efforts — separated into planning, implementation and verification, secured by budgets and control loops.
