Background
My path began in the early 1990s, with an 8-bit machine („Robotron KC87") made in the GDR. Then on via PCs — 8086, 80286, 80386 and Pentium. In 1997 came a project at Jugend forscht: „Simulating life with neural networks", on a PC with a few megabytes of memory and no internet. That has since turned into 36 years „with and for" software. My home is the .NET stack; about two decades of that I worked intensively with SharePoint.
Like every real senior, I know my strengths — and my limits quite precisely. That's the point: experience doesn't mean being able to do everything, but knowing where to look. I bring that mindset to working with Claude Code today.
How I work
My approach is not „prompt more", but better systems: reusable skills, clean context pipelines, review and verification loops, and — where it pays off — several coordinated agents. That keeps the result traceable, maintainable and at the pace of an experienced team.
